カロリー削減豆腐ミートローフ TOFU Meat Loaf === Part 1 ===

Preparation
豆腐の準備

My husband likes RED MEAT & he likes eat but he also really CARE about calories.
So I always think how to keep law calories if we want to eat lots of meat.
Then I found the asnswe. The answer is.... use TOFU with meat.
Tofu is very popular food in Japan and I know TOFU can change many styles!
So I use TOFU for our meat loaf tonight!
日本ではおなじみの豆腐をミートローフに混ぜてカロリー削減です♪
うちの旦那、沢山食べたいのにカロリーとか、炭水化物とか、うるさいのでね…
だけど、彼はお豆腐大嫌い。
BUT毎回混ぜても気づきません!
お肉と半々にするだけです。
美味しいよ。


You have to drain all water from TOFU, this is the most imprtant things to use TOFU esp when you stir, bake, or fry.
I use kitchen paper and heavy bowl & microwave.


covered TOFU with paper towel and put in to microwave fpr 2-3min.
then drain & change these paper towles.

put heavy bowl on the TOFU like this
leave it at least 20 min.
then drain water again.
when you push TOFU and then no liquid coming from this TOFU
it means finally TOFU is ready to cook.

日本人にはおなじみの水切り。
私は、ペーパータオルではさんで、レンジで2分チン。
そのあと、重しをおいて20分放置。
その間に他の準備をすませます。
